Payments Policy

Relay does not hold any payments from organizations or users, nor process payments through its system. Relay is not responsible for managing any payments, and organizations must process payments outside of Relay. Organizations should ensure that they have the necessary means to process payments and are aware of any applicable regulations and taxes.

Organizations should be aware that Relay only provides payment data and export files after the organization has reviewed and approved the payouts data. All payouts data is based on the information the organization has added into Relay. By using Relay, organizations accept that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of their data and any subsequent payouts.

Organizations should be aware that Relay is not responsible for any issues involving payments. Payments cannot be processed directly through Relay systems. All payments must be made outside of Relay, and organizations are solely responsible for ensuring their payments are accurate and processed properly. Relay cannot be held liable for any payments processed by the organization.
