Payouts Policy

Relay provides a calculation engine to help organizations accurately compute user commissions. All calculations are based on the configuration, details, and data set by each organization.

Relay is not responsible for any payout outcomes, and organizations are solely in charge of reviewing, confirming, and processing payouts.

Accordingly, organizations should ensure that all data provided for calculations is both correct and valid, as any faulty data supplied may lead to incorrect payouts.

It is the organization's responsibility to thoroughly check the accuracy of all data and calculations prior to processing any payouts.

Relay does not pay out, nor hold payments from organizations or its users. Organizations are responsible to process payments outside of Relay.
