Non-Custodial Nature of Relay Services

Relay, in its operation and provision of services, operates on a non-custodial basis. This means that Relay does not hold, possess or control any private keys associated with the Helium Solana Wallets of its users. Our interface merely interacts with the publicly available blockchain data, without any power or capability to access or manipulate the proprietary and secure components of clients' wallets, which includes, but is not limited to, private keys and other sensitive wallet-specific information.

No Transactional Influence Over Users' Wallets

Furthermore, Relay does not exert any influence on users' wallet funds. Relay does not retain, levy charges on, or effectuate transfers of any funds contained within users' wallets. All transactions, fund balances, and fund movements are under the sole dominion and control of the users themselves. Relay merely serves as a conduit through which users can interact with their wallets; any decision or action concerning funds within these wallets is exclusively within the purview and liability of the user.

Limitation of Liability

In the context of potential loss of data, funds, or access to wallets present on the platform, Relay expressly disclaims all liability. Our role is strictly confined to facilitating user interaction with the Helium Solana Wallets. Consequently, any issues, losses, or challenges encountered in relation to data, funds, or wallet access are the sole responsibility of the user. Users are urged to take the necessary precautions to fortify the security of their wallets.
